Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Server Aura is operated by Wizora Labs. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Server Aura, our website, application, customer agent, and support services.
1. Information we collect
Account and organization information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, password credentials, role, authentication and verification records, and account security events.
Infrastructure information
When you connect a server or install the Server Aura agent, we process server names, hostnames, IP addresses, operating-system and runtime details, health metrics, job status, logs, and backup configuration that you choose to provide.
Connected storage accounts
If you connect Google Drive, OneDrive, or another storage provider, we receive the authorization tokens and account identifiers required to perform the backup operations you request. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are not used for unrelated purposes.
Billing and payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Server Aura receives billing identifiers, subscription status, invoice information, and limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
Technical and usage information
We collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP when needed for security, session activity, audit events, and diagnostic information.
2. How we use information
- Provide monitoring, backup, storage-provider, billing, authentication, and support features.
- Secure accounts, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain audit records.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, tax details, cancellations, and service access.
- Send operational messages such as security alerts, payment notices, agent updates, and service incidents.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot failures, and develop the service.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with infrastructure and hosting providers, Stripe for billing, Google or Microsoft when you authorize a storage connection, email delivery providers, security providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected storage content for advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technology
Server Aura uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, OAuth state protection, session security, preferences, and reliable application operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may disconnect storage providers, remove servers, delete users, or request organization deletion from an authorized administrator. Active billing subscriptions may need to be canceled before an organization can be deleted.
Backups, security logs, invoices, and legally required records may remain for a limited period after account deletion.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, encrypted credential storage, scoped OAuth permissions, audit logging, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
7. International processing
Server Aura and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. Requests must be made by an authorized account holder or organization administrator and may require identity verification.
9. Children
Server Aura is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service, law, or processing practices change. We will update the effective date and provide notice where required.
